OLIVITAE OLIVE was born to bring our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the world. We are a 2024 small company, however we are present in the main European markets.

In the Montes de Toledo region, olive oil cultivation is one of the most important economic activities. It is a sustainable crop, a humanized forest, nature and agriculture coexisting in harmony. Our Olive Oil is magnificent in the quality that you can enjoy.

We only produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil of superior quality obtained only by mechanical means:

  • Tradition. Our oil is produced in the Toledo mountains (Spain), small villages that work old olive groves in a traditional way.
  • Health. Our Olive Oil has a high content of oleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants, it is a very healthy food.
  • Flavor. In tasting it is characterized by intense fruitiness and balanced flavor, it has aromas of apple, almond and a range of flavors reminiscent of fresh fruits.

Toledo (Spain), fields with centuries of tradition in olive cultivation make a wonderful extra virgin olive oil.

It comes from old plantations, with careful traditional care.

Our plantations are at an altitude of around 600-800 meters, the cold and humidity conditions are magnificent for healthy olive cultivation.

In this area, the native Cornicabra variety was distinguished for centuries with high contents of oleic acid, polyphenols and flavours.
