Our oil is produced in the Montes de Toledo area, a region especially suited to growing an exceptional olive oil, recognized throughout the world. The traditional historical variety is Cornicabra, developed in traditional, dryland, non-intensive, slow-growing plantations.

Our renowned oil has a high content of oleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants that provide great flavor and stability, these components make our olive oil a very healthy food.

On tasting it is characterized by intense fruitiness and balanced flavor, it has aromas of apple, almond and a range of flavors reminiscent of fresh fruits.

Olive oil is health

Extra virgin olive oil is the richest oil in monounsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic acid, and essential fatty acids (linoleic) and phytosterols, which help reduce LDL, known as bad cholesterol.

Furthermore, it contains antioxidants such as vitamin E and phenolic compounds, which reinforce or slow down oxidative reactions that lead to cellular aging or the appearance of plaques that impede circulation. For these reasons, olive oil is associated with a positive effect on the health of the heart and the body in general.
