Health and taste
Our oil is produced in the Montes de Toledo area, a region especially suited to growing an exceptional olive oil, recognized throughout the world. The traditional historical variety is Cornicabra, developed in traditional, dryland, non-intensive, slow-growing plantations.
Our renowned oil has a high content of oleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants that provide great flavor and stability, these components make our olive oil a very healthy food.
On tasting it is characterized by intense fruitiness and balanced flavor, it has aromas of apple, almond and a range of flavors reminiscent of fresh fruits.
