Return policy.
The Customer will have 10 calendar days to return the order from the delivery date. The Customer must request the return by email to people@olivitae.com justifying the reason and providing the Customer's identification data, order number, delivery date and communication date.
Once the return request has been sent, we will give you instructions for the return.
The Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns of perishable products are not accepted if it cannot be proven that they have been properly preserved. Returns of unsealed packaging are not accepted.
The return will be made using the same payment method as the purchase. The amount to be returned will be the price of the product without including shipping costs.
Guarantee.
OLIVITAE guarantees the quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, remember that it has a best before period. During this best before period you can claim its lack of conformity.
The replacement of the product will be free for the user for justified reasons, not including the costs of replacing the product, especially shipping costs.
Once the merchandise is received, it will be reviewed and if applicable the guarantee will be approved and the replacement will be carried out.
